The weapon carried by this warrior is known as a “Yauri”, and was described by the Spanish as a sort of halberd, finished on one side with a sharp point and on the other by a keen edged blade. It was normally made from copper or bronze, but some used by high ranking noblemen were made of silver or even gold.
