Shipping Policy

Packaging

Careful attention is given to product packaging so that you receive your order in perfect condition. All items are shipped in their original manufacturing box and placed within a larger shipping box filled with packing material.

It has been observed that some articles are sometimes slightly bended when put in boxes by manufacturers. This is because pewter alloy is very flexible and will bend instead of breaking. This is a wanted feature as it prevents more damages than what it causes. If you receive an item that is slightly bended, simply reheat this part with your fingers and then gently push it into the desired position. Secure the part with your other hand to reduce the stress on the piece if needed. Such a fix does not diminish the value of the product.

Note that the Toy Soldiers' Club team will be happy to review items before you ship them if you ask them.

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are handled and shipped through Canada Post.

Canada and USA

Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge.  All orders are shipped by Canada Post. A shipping fee quote is provided during the checkout process.

Rest of the World

Orders outside of Canada and USA are all shipped via Canada Post.

Oversized items

Some items may require extra shipping such as building, large tanks and other oversized items. For those specific cases, the calculation of the surplus will be done and you will be notified as soon as possible to confirm those fees.

Terms and Policy 

For safety reasons, the Toy Soldiers' Club ships to street addresses and PO Boxes only. Every other address with high risk of being stolen, such as hotels, will be refused.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed of the reason for the delay.

For phone, fax, e-mail and mail orders, your credit card will only be charged at the moment the order is shipped.
