This figure is being specially produced to celebrate Andy and Helen's Australia visit this July. K&C will continue to add on to this series, “The Charge of The Australian Light Horse”, in the future.

This extraordinary charge took place at Beersheba in Palestine on October 31st 1917, as part of the Middle Eastern campaign during World War I. The highlight of the battle was the now famous charge of the Australian, 4th Light Horse Brigade, which covered some 6 kilometers of open ground to overrun and capture the Turkish trenches defending the town and the water wells of Beersheba.
