Packaging
We take extra care to make sure items arrive to you in perfect condition. All
items, hand packed by us, are shipped in their original factory boxes and
placed inside a larger outer shipping box filled with packing materials.
To be sure everything is perfect; we only sell factory sealed items! We do not
sell repackaged display items.
On occasion we have noticed that some items may be slightly bent due to factory
packaging. This is common to all brands! If you receive an item and it has a
slight bend to an accessory. Simply warm the part up between your thumb and
forefinger and gently bend it to the desired position. This does not compromise
the value of the piece. At your request we will be happy to inspect items
before shipping them to you.
All orders are insured and shipped regular parcel Canada Post
Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes and North Eastern of USA (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and New Jersey)

Oversized items
Some items may require extra shipping such as building, large tanks and other
oversized items. We will then calculate the extra shipping costs and let you
know right away.
Terms and Policies
For Security reasons, Toy Soldiers' Club ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer
support may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be
contacted immediately by e-mail and informed of the reason for the delay.
Your credit card will only be charged at moment the order is been shipped.
