Return and refunds
To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
1. Please call 1-888-339-2109 or e-mail before sending anything back in order to obtain a return number.
2. Please print and complete the return purchase form. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number.
3. For your security, please INSURE the returned package and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case it is lost in transit. Returns should be sent to:

Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded.
The credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change your Toy Soldiers’ Club order for any reason, you must concact us within 24 hours after your order.
Please call 1-888-339-2109, as soon as possible with your Toy Soldiers’ Club order number in hand.
