When you share information with us, you enable us to provide services otherwise unavailable. Examples include personalized reminders you may request to be emailed to you and others about upcoming birthdays, anniversaries and other milestones. Whether or not you use all of our personal services, we pledge to preserve your privacy.

When You Place an Order
Our order form asks you to give us information specific to that order, including your billing address, shipping address, credit card information and email address. The information is used to process and send your orders. We also use the information to contact you and follow up with your order. Be sure we do NOT make this private information available to outside parties. This information stays between us; it serves for one thing only, to help us serve you better.

Signing up for e-mail Newsletters
When you place an order with the Toy Soldiers’ Club, you are automatically signed up on our email list. Periodically, we send a newsletter to members on our e-mail list. The newsletter features news about soldiers and supplier, new product offerings, and seasonal specials. We do NOT make our mailing list available to other companies and customer may opt out of our emails at any time.

Opting out of email
You can ask to be taken off the email list by contacting our customer service team. In addition, every Toy Soldiers’ Club email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom for instant list removal.
