What can I do if some parts of the soldier are bent?
On occasion we have noticed that some items may be slightly bent due to factory packaging. This is common to all brands! If you receive an item and it has a slight bend to an accessory simply warm the part up between your thumb and forefinger. Gently bend it to the desired position. This does not compromise the value of the piece.


What's the most important thing to remember in buying a soldier?
One of the many questions we are asked is about the scale (size) of the miniature soldiers and how the figures compare from the different manufactures. Officially most of the figures are considered 1:32 scale or 54mm (2 1/2" including base.)

The painting is another aspect to consider; some figurines are painted with a gloss ‘finish’ while others are done with a matt ‘finish’. Most of the figurines you will find on the site are painted with a matt finish.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded on your credit card for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.


Do you accept preorder ?
You can reserve limited editions or new pieces, and have them shipped as soon as they are available or, at your request, at a specified date. We will put these pieces aside for you and will charge them only at the moment of shipping.


Do you charge Sales Tax on your products?
- Canadian residents living outside the province of Quebec need to pay only the GST.

- For those living in the United States, Canadian sales taxes do not apply. And due to NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement) packages cross the border safely and are delivered quickly to America.

- Quebec residents, regular taxes will be added (GST and TVQ).

- For those living in Europe, Canadian sales taxes do not apply. You (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
